TD 86

haha i have jury duty this morning... oh well, that didn't stop HD and i from conducting this morning's session, which was split up into (1) squats and (2) a timed workout.  we took yesterday off, so we'll have to get after it again this afternoon/evening for TD 87... so this is post 1 of 2 for today.

squats
5reps/100lbs, 5reps/125lbs, 3reps/150lbs, 5reps/190lbs, 3reps/215lbs, 4reps/240lbs

slowly, but surely!  HD and i PR'd again today, as he hit 5 reps on the last set.  i can't wait until my legs are stronger than my arms and i'm eager to continue to get better.  performing like this makes waking up in the early morning worth it.

we haven't swam in awhile and that was the kick in the pants we needed to kick start the morning... after that, i can truly say i am awake!  after tm: tri-state, i think we're going to include more swimming into our programming, amongst other things.  i was looking at some of the other boxes training days and most seem to include 10 minutes towards practicing a skill... HD and i have a lot of oly/powerlifting mechanics and gymnastic skills we have to continually train...  anyways, off to jury duty.  see you in the evening.
