50 jumping pullups
50 kettlebell swings (25lbs, rx is 36lbs)
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push presses (45lbs)
50 back extensions
50 thrusters (15lbs dumbbells in each hand, rx is 20lbs wall ball)
50 burpees
50 double unders
the burpees were the most miserable for me and were sort of mind numbing since they were at the end... they definitely took me the longest to finished. obviously with 10 movements and 50 repetitions each, we completed 500 total repetitions... ugh. we both wanted to go home and just sleep, but obviously we had to go to work.
