2012 Off Season TD 4

this evening, HD & i split up the session into: (1) overhead presses, (2) a superset, and (3) a timed bike.

overheads presses
5reps/85lbs, 5reps/120lbs, 5reps/120lbs, 5reps/120lbs, 5reps/120lbs

next, superset
decline bench presses- 12reps/185lbs, 10reps/185lbs, 8reps/185lbs
supinated hammer curls- 12reps/25lbs, 10reps/25lbs, 8reps/25lbs

haha yea, we actually did bicep curls- the 25lbs felt really light.  also, it was nice to do decline bench and it seems like forever since the last time we did it.

last, for time
bike 6 miles @ level 5

this was something new and using different muscles is always a plus.

tomorrow, a few of the guys and me are attending the Marine Corps Ball.  although the birthday was last week, some of our units scheduled it for this weekend.  as some of you may know, Justin Timberlake attended the ball in Richmond, VA.  click here to read about his experience.  this weekend, Mila Kunis is supposed to be attending one... haha, i'm sure it'll be different from Justin's, but hopefully her experience goes just as well.

after
tough mudder has made its pics available for purchase from last weekend, so i'll be on the lookout.  obviously taking a rest day tomorrow and trying to get after it on sunday... we'll see.  until then...
