2012 Off Season TD 2

this morning HD and i split the session up into (1) bench presses, (2) a superset, and (3) a treadmill tabata. it was a fairly quick workout, but the tabata at the end defnitely woke us up.

bench presses
5reps/135lbs, 5reps/225lbs, 5reps/225lbs, 5reps/225lbs, 5reps/225lbs

next, superset
dips- 15reps, 15reps, 15reps
pullups- 15reps, 13reps, 12reps

and last, treadmill tabata
8 rounds
20secs on: 10secs off
6.7mph, 12.0% incline

the mistake i made last year after tough mudder was to take 3-4 weeks off.  this year, i'm able to get right back into the gym with barely feeling any after effects of the weekend.  my body feels good and it's ready to start pushing again.

other than that, the next step is to come up with suggested events for the team and i to participate in outside of tough mudder.  and of course, we welcome any new members who want to represent 4TWC or train with any of its current members.
