TD 63

this morning was pretty straightforward: (1) warmup run and (2) timed workout.

warmup - treadmill
25min @ 7.2mph, 1.5% incline
total: 3 miles, approx. 366 calories burned

then, for time
2 rounds:
15 overhead squats (65lbs)
15 kipping pullups
250 meter shuffle

from the looks of things, i believe that our kipping pullups are getting better, more so HD's.

results
HD: 4min 43sec     DV: 4min 19sec

on to the next training day!
