TD 59

this session was split into two parts: (1) lifts and (2) an AMRAP. i think next week we're going to try to fit in a third part.

next, 7min AMRAP
12 kipping pullups
15 medicine ball slams (20lbs)

results
HD: 4 rounds +12 pullups +3 slams
DV: 5 rounds +12 pullups +2 slams

i need to work on being more efficient with my pullups.  i armed 99% of the 72 pullups and could barely move them afterwards.  try this one out and see for yourself.
