TD 55

now, i'm actually catching up on posts- so from here until TD 58, i'm just going to show the sequences of exercises as we did them with as little commentary as possible.  i apologize for the delay, got really busy... you know how it goes.  this sessions was split up into two parts: (1) lifts and (2) abs.

then, abs
6 continuous rounds
15 weighted situps (20lbs)
30sec side planks
10 hello dolly's (4-count)
