TD 62

only had time to split the session up into two parts this morning: (1) lifts and (2) timed workout.

i was pretty happy with my effort on the 6th set of squats.  based on those those numbers, my 1RM should've increased by 6lbs.  we'll find out next week...  the 2nd superset, specifically the toes to bar, were taxing.  that couplet fort of felt like a metcon even though we were resting between sets haha.

next, for time
rounds of 15-12-9-6-3 reps
hang power clean (85lbs)
bar facing burpees

HD: 7mins 21sec     DV: 5min 9sec

i didn't really want to talk after that haha.  i wanted to go to sleep.... speaking of which, it's getting late... another training day coming up in a few hours.
