TD 57

this week HD and i are going to incorporate the 5/3/1 method for the next 8 weeks of training.  this morning, we split up the session into two parts: (1) 5/3/1 w/accessory work and (2) timed workout.  you'll start to notice that we end up doing 6 sets of the main lift.  the first 3 sets are the warmup.

then, 5 min AMRAP
12 kettlebell swings (25lbs)
14 box jumps

results
HD: 4 rounds + 12 kb swings + 10 box jumps
DV: 5 rounds + 7kb swings
