HD & i had a surprise guest this morning in conducting the training day. TS was able to join us with the second half. we split the morning up into: (1) squats and (2) 20 minute AMRAP.
squats
5reps/100lbs, 5reps/125lbs, 3reps/150lbs, 5reps/165lbs, 5reps/190lbs, 7reps/215lbs
this is really becoming my favorite lift and it's pretty scary how much i obsess over it haha. i can't wait until next week... again, i wish i worked out my legs when i was younger. HD was able to hit the last set for 9 reps!

i was unable to fully participate in this AMRAP as my right light was too tight. i ended up doing only 5 rounds. here are TS' first 5 rounds:
TS and HD did such a great job and i was pretty ashamed that i was unable to partake in the fun.

HD: 21 rounds + 2 pullups
TS: 29 rounds +5 pullups +10 pushups +4 squats
... thinking about it the whole day at work, i decided to conduct "Cindy" at my house around 7pm.
here are my first 5 rounds... the angle is bad, but you can see i have a little friend watching me:

27 rounds +5 pullups +3 pushups
i think i'll be able to go to sleep now with a clear conscious haha.
