this morning was split into: (1) overhead press and (2) a timed workout.
overhead press
5 reps/60lbs, 5 reps/80lbs, 3 reps/95lbs, 5 reps/60lbs, 5 reps/80lbs, 5 reps/95lbs

my row has got to get better and the next time i should encounter 50 hr pushups, i'll try to go unbroken. all in all, my energy levels throughout the day seem higher than usual since we've decreased the work, increased the rest periods, and maintained intensity.
we finished the training day by stretching for about 10 minutes.
after work, this evening, i ended up running 3.2 miles. my last two runs felt really strong and i'm really excited that i'm getting better without having to run more than 10 miles a day like i used to a couple of years ago.
tomorrow will be our last workout during this deload phase and we start a new cycle of 5/3/1 on monday... can't wait.
