this morning's training session was split into three parts: (1) basketball drills- pump fakes, (2) a 12min AMRAP, and (3) abs.
warmup
we took 5 shots at each spot, pump faking from side to side. we put up 60 shots in under 5 minutes. as i've stated before, this is a good way to get the blood flowing.
then we rolled into the 12min AMRAP:
8 thrusters (75lbs)
5 multi-level jumps
10 bicycles
10 kettlebell swings (25lbs)
5 plyo-diamond into regular pushups
8 pullups (odd rounds)/chinups (even rounds)

HD: 3 rounds +8 thrusters, +5 multi-level jumps, +10 bicycles, +10 kettlebell swings, +5 plyo-diamond into regular pushups, +4 chinups
DV:4 rounds +8 thrusters, +1 multi-level jump
abs
4 rounds
15 weighted situps (20lbs) + 30second modified straight plank
this morning was a good kick in the pants, can't wait for tomorrow.
